Jason De La Rosa

Jason De La Rosa serves as the Director of Career and Professional Development (CAPD) at St. Edward’s University. With over 16 years of experience in program development and a passion for higher education, Jason understands the importance of building rapport, researching best practices, and adapting to ever-changing situations to help his students and team reach their personal and professional goals and objectives. He takes great pride in motivating and inspiring his students and team to continuously challenge themselves. Prior to becoming the Director of Career and Professional Development, he created and implemented St. Edward’s University’s Pre-Health Professions program, which is now housed under CAPD. Jason received his Master of Arts in the Social Sciences, with an emphasis in Sociology, from the University of Chicago and has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Southwestern University.
