Kiera O

Kiera is a Career Coach in Career and Professional Development. She comes to the Hilltop after a year working as a Career Advising Fellow in the Student Professional Development Center at Elon University. She additionally served as a graduate assistant in the Athletic Academic Affairs office at the University of Virginia where she worked with student-athletes on their academic success, leadership skills and personal development. She holds a Master of Education in Higher Education and Intercollegiate Athletics Administration from UVA and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Rehabilitation Studies from Assumption University. She is skilled in assisting students with professional development materials (resumes, cover letters, personal statements, etc.), networking skills (LinkedIn, Informational Interviews, etc.) and job search/interviewing skills.

Kiera works with students in the School of Natural Sciences.
