Director, Career and Professional Development
Rob Morris is the Director for Career and Professional Development at St. Edward’s University. Rob leads the team in creating and executing initiatives tied to empowering students to identify and pursue their individual career goals. The core team initiatives focus on strategic outreach, resource development, career coaching and education, programming, and peer mentoring/advising. Rob has over 10 years of experience in higher education with eight in career development. Rob has diverse experience in developing and leading efforts in: career/major exploration, industry/major specific career coaching, training and development, programming, peer career program management, supervision, assessment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion topics.

Mary Joncas is a Career Coach in Career and Professional Development at St. Edward’s University. Mary assists students in developing their career goals, as well as supporting them throughout the job and internship interview processes with resume/cover letter writing, mock interviews, and more. Prior to joining CAPD at St. Edward’s University, Mary was a coordinator at a healthcare education nonprofit, a veterinary assistant at a wildlife rehabilitation center, and worked in peer student advising. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Binghamton University in New York State.
